SAM Launches New Program: 'Second-Hand Properties You Must Share' Inviting Thais to Help Sell Real Estate and Earn Referral Fees Up to 3 Million Baht per Listing
On August 30, SAM will hold an auction for second-hand properties or Non-Performing Assets (NPA), featuring 202 selected properties in prime locations across Thailand, both for residential and investment purposes, with a total value of 712 million Baht. Interested parties will have the opportunity to own these properties, along with various special promotions, such as discounted rates on home loans from leading banks including Bangkok Bank, UOB, TMBThanachart (ttb), and Government Housing Bank (GHB), as well as the promotion for “Second-Hand Properties You Must Share,” subject to specified conditions.
